Poly X Ltd

Founded in October 2019, Poly X Ltd is a proud Auckland-based enterprise committed to elevating Polynesian culture and entrepreneurship. Operating out of The Pacific Business Hub in Manukau, our journey began pre COVID-19 Launching New Zealand’s first Polynesian experience by way of a 100 man dinner show at the Sky City and Fortuna Restaurant. Bookable tours for shopping, exhibitions and cooking demonstrations were in place but a week from launching, the COVID-19 lockdowns began. The COVID-19 era birthed the creation of the Polynesian Night Markets—a vibrant platform designed to uplift Pacific performers, makers, and small business owners that has continued to run today.

With the spirit of “We bring the Islands to you!”, our events showcase authentic Polynesian culture through traditional food, music, dance, and artisan crafts. These markets not only provide opportunities for local vendors and creatives to thrive, but also invite visitors to experience the warmth and richness of the Pacific right here in Auckland—the largest Polynesian city in the world.

As tourism returns, Poly X Ltd is focused on attracting both domestic and international visitors, positioning Auckland as the true gateway to the Pacific. By blending community enterprise with cultural celebration, we aim to make Auckland a must-visit destination for those seeking a genuine Polynesian experience while empowering Pacific peoples to share their heritage with pride.

  • Charitable Support – We commit to donating 10% of annual profits to support the Pacific Settlement Support Service Charitable Trust. Over time, we plan to support other charitable initiatives to ensure that the benefits of our work flow back into Pacific communities. Through events and collaborations, we create pathways for education, health, and wellbeing support.

  • Social Development – PolyX is about connection. Our events bring people together across cultures, building pride, understanding, and unity. By celebrating diversity and strengthening identity, we empower Pacific peoples while enriching New Zealand society as a whole.
