Commercial Marketing & Agency Information Booth Fees are to be discussed with PolyX Team. Our vendor stall fees are GST inclusive.
Once we have discussed your stall needs - we will arrange an invoice for payment to be made appropriately
Power available is limited, so it is on a first-in, first-served basis. If you require power, there is a $20.00 surcharge per outlet**
SET UP and PACK DOWN TIMES:
Set-up time for vendors is from 3 pm to 5.30 pm (No earlier or later please). Close down is strictly 10 pm. If you sell out before 10 pm you will not be able to drive in or out until 11 pm or until the public has left the premises, so please make enough to last at least to 10 pm.
Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs and/or other equipment needed for their set-up.
CANCELLATIONS & BLOCKS
No refund is given if cancellation is less than 7 days from the event. Please do not pay to confirm a block unless you are sure to attend.
